The head Pastry Chef Shabeer Ramkissoon has 10 years experience working along side Italian and French pastry chefs, along with his team they take pride in producing all your products using the best available ingredients including Belgium chocolate, New Zealand butter and pure cream.

The recipes are old and new, some that have been passed down the family, like Nonnas mayonnaise which is used on most of your panini's and focaccia's.

The patisserie consists of pastry from Italy, France and South America, our goal is for you to enjoy cakes of the same quality at home and here, in Wetherill Park Sydney.

In 2006 La Royale Patisserie opened in Wetherill Park, Sydney. The family owned- business incorporates contemporary desserts with a blend of South-American, French and Italian classic and new pastries.
